本會理念及宗旨
青聯康體會成立5年，在短短數年間培訓出大量出色泰拳運動員，並在各項比賽中取得驕人成績。成立目標為致力推廣泰拳運動予各不同階層及年齡之人士，泰拳動作訓練能令身體的靈活及協調性提高，動作更加有效率。
泰拳訓練能增強心臟及胸肺功能，提升了血液循環和肺容量，使血液的含氧量增加，從而減低呼吸的密度。泰拳訓練能強健肌肉及強化骨骼，更能保護身體所有關節，減低各項痛症及防止勞損等都市病症。
本會更將原本艱深的泰拳運動，經深入研究及改良後，以簡單淺易的教導學員，更能學習及掌握當中奥秘，並透過其專業知識，更能把泰拳的瘦身功效帶給學員。
空中瑜伽，利用空中布帶輔助，練習哈逹瑜伽式子，借助地心引力，達到身體的深層伸展，促使精神放鬆。不但改善睡眠質素，更能放鬆脊椎及舒緩痛症，是新一代城市男女追求的健康玩意。
SPACE Fitness Studio現正推出正宗空中瑜伽課程，讓大家及時修身，趕緊於仲夏展現完美身段。
空中瑜伽主要借助高掛的布帶懸吊起身體，透過布帶承托起身體，減輕負重，讓學員以輕柔的方式挑戰具難度的瑜伽動作，協助學員體驗更高層次的瑜伽修練。
